Primed Gems Academy provides players with an all-encompassing opportunity to be mentored by Jules and his staff. It starts with our Lax Lab App and our technical Lacrosse Drills for players to do at home away from us. From there, we offer mentoring in the form of film development, one-on-one dialogue on leadership/routines/mental performance, and more, and discounts on all of our offerings.

  • At our core, in-person weekly lacrosse training and mentorship are who we are. Whether you are looking for private lessons or group training, we have you covered through offense, defense, and goalies!

DEFENSE LAB

  • Defense Lab consists of one hour of defensive-focused training emphasizing technical skill development, including footwork, stickwork, positioning, and more. These sessions can be booked as Private, Semi-Private, and clinics.
  • To learn more, scan the QR code to sign up for privates or text privates to +1 (973) 355-7773. Privates are available on a weekly basis with our coaches. Privates can not be scheduled more than one week in advance.

THE GOALIE WORKSHOP

  • Join our partner, Coach Jack Runkel, for weekly 90-minute training sessions for multiple nets, hundreds of reps, and elite shooters. The Goalie Workshop creates the perfect environment for honing your Goalie skills. Led by the Tri-State area’s premier goalie coaches, each Workshop delivers top-tier instruction tailored to your age and skill level.

JUKE LAB

  • Juke Lab consists of one-hour offensive-focused training sessions emphasizing technical skill development, including footwork, stickwork, shooting, and dodging. These sessions can be booked as Private, Semi-Private, and clinics. Juke Lab is part of every Lax Lab Clinic.

LAX LAB Weekly Training

  • The Lax Lab encompasses our weekly offense and defense training at Turf City Wayne and Metuchen Sports Center.
  • The 90-minute training includes one hour of technical skill development (stickwork, shooting, dodging, footwork, etc.) for Offense (Juke Lab) and Defense (Defense Lab), along with thirty minutes of live competitive play. These sessions are broken up by age, position, and skill level.
