Our Mentorship Program allows players who are looking to take their game to the next level the opportunity to build on their on-field work from The Lax Lab in an off-field environment.
In addition to on-field training, each month players will have the opportunity to tap into our Lax Lab staff more intimately, along with experts in Mindfulness, Sports Psychology, Mobility and Nutrition* to support their on-field journey.
During our monthly hour-long meeting, players will explore how to continue to refine and improve their off-field play leveraging the expertise of those who Jules trains with today. In addition, players will be offered the opportunity to tap in with their positional coaches for film and to do a deeper dive on expert content.
This unique model will allow players to optimize their on-field playing experience with top coaches while diving into off-field concepts that empower them to become holistic players and people on and off the field.
*Topics and experts will be adjusted based on the group needs
