Director and Coach Boys 5th – College

Lax Lab is hiring a full-time Director & Coach to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with CEO Jules Heningburg and Director Dylan Heningburg to lead training, develop athletes, and shape the culture of Lax Lab.We are seeking a proven leader with a strong defensive background (offensive expertise is also welcome). Ideal candidates include current or former college coaches, high-level high school coaches, professional players, or standout college athletes ready to transition into coaching at the next level.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization at the forefront of lacrosse development. Youth Lacrosse Coach and Director of Lax Lab (Boys 5th-12th)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Director to oversee daily operations, lead training programs, and ensure an excellent experience for athletes and families. The Director will serve as both a coach and manager, balancing on-field leadership with off-field responsibilities that drive the program’s growth and consistency.

Primed Gems Academy - At Home Drills and All-Encompassing Off-Field Mentorship by Jules and Staff

  • Primed Gems Academy provides players with an all-encompassing opportunity to work and be mentored by Jules and his staff. It starts with our Lax Lab App and our technical Lacrosse Drills for players to do at home away from us. From there, we offer mentoring in the form of film development, one-on-one dialogue on leadership/routines/mental performance, and more, and discounts on all of our offerings. Learn more.

LAX LAB Weekly Training

  • The Lax Lab encompasses our weekly offense and defense training at Turf City Wayne and Metuchen Sports Center.
  • The 90-minute training includes one hour of technical skill development (stickwork, shooting, dodging, footwork, etc.) for Offense (Juke Lab) and Defense (Defense Lab), along with thirty minutes of live competitive play. These sessions are broken up by age, position, and skill level.
