Senior Experience

What is the Mission Primed
Senior Experience?

The Mission Primed Senior Experience is our premier training combine meticulously designed to equip high school seniors for their transition to college. The four-day immersive training camp, led by some of the brightest and most elite coaches in the game, brings 60 of the nation’s top seniors to engage in on-field competition, learning, and training. Beyond the field, participants delve into the Mission Primed philosophy through interactive workshops and activities, gaining invaluable insights into the mental game, navigating collegiate life, balancing academics and sports, and more.

High school players frequently struggle to adapt to the college game, not just due to a shortage of skills or the increased pace but also because they often overlook the broader context. Succeeding in this larger game involves having a vision, comprehending the process, effectively responding to adversity, and maintaining balance. This philosophy applies not only to on-field collegiate lacrosse but also to academics, social life, and post-college endeavors. Mission Primed aims to ignite this perspective and reshape the approach to the entire college.

This has been a great experience because we kind of learn both the mental and physical side of like what it takes to be a top athlete at the college level. We don’t just talk about, you know, how to drill, we talk about why we’re doing it.When we talk about mindfulness all the time and how to apply to the field. Just being able to try to apply those things on the field as we learn them with all the mindfulness sessions we have. That has been the biggest thing. I haven’t been to another event where we focus so much on the mental side

While we understand injuries happen, we encourage players to attend camp (physically willing and able) as we provide supplemental activities during on-field play. Furthermore, if they are injured while on a college roster, players will be expected to attend practices and participate in team activities. At Mission Primed, we strive to emulate the environment and expectations of their forthcoming college experience.

If I get accepted and I cannot afford the program, what do I do?
